Support

Support covers all general questions concerning implementation of the purchased Medisoft product(s) and is available by phone, remote computer access, fax and/or email during normal office hours. In addition, telephone support contracts are available for periods of 6 months or 1 year to those offices with staff trained by PRN Consulting, Inc. Support is also available on an hourly basis.
